Train From Anywhere
Remote means convenience: the client isn’t restricted to a specific schedule or place to train. The client can train anywhere, anytime. With in-person training, the trainer can only work so many sessions per hour, so they are selective with their time slots. Meaning you can only book in on certain days at certain times.
You can talk with your trainer anytime or anywhere thanks to the internet. With in-person training, if there’s no high quality trainer in your area, you have to go to where they are which adds more time or sometimes isn’t an option.
You control your goals, schedule, and what you can handle that day. With in-person training, your goals are often dictated by the trainer or gym’s preferences and your schedule with your trainer may be thrown off if you are traveling for work.
4. Session duration
Your sessions take as long as they need to in order to reach your goals, no longer or no shorter. The session is molded for your goals. With in-person training, you are often capped at 1 hour and most trainers don’t offer 30 minute sessions.
5. Higher value for your investment
